Very disappointing experience. I had a root canal done here and was initially quoted $1,250, but I ended up being charged $2,050 with no clear explanation for the additional costs. I found this to be very misleading. The owner/manager, Ann, was extremely rude, very greedy and unprofessional in how she spoke to me when I raised concerns. I felt disrespected. I would not recommend this place due to the lack of transparency and poor customer service.

I had previously given a one-star review due to mismanagement of appointments and the behavior of one of the receptionists toward me, which unfortunately was not a one-off experience. After speaking with the clinic manager, they managed to fit us in quickly, and as always, Dr. Adil was a true rescuer.
