Called to make appointment as a new patient as we just moved to the area. The lady on the phone informed me of the following. I was told they aren’t accepting new customers. I Was told to try the big cities like Ballana to the Gold Coast to find a doctor that may accept us as they won’t accept new patients in Yamba as they don’t want their existing Patients/Customers waiting 6 weeks for an appointment. Refreshing practice with doctors that are compassionate & knowledgeable, as well as supportive staff such as nurses & admin that has been a welcome addition to Yamba. If they aren't fully booked (as most GP's in the Clarence may be) I highly recommend them.
I have seen both Drs at this clinic and felt very confident and comfortable with both. The admin staff and nurses are lovely too.
Dr. Vy is clear, and incredibly easy to work with. Deeply knowledgeable and consultative. Really lucky to have found a GP like Dr. Vy in Yamba!
