Had two appointments . Was told a ph call reminder but never came so forgot the appointments . Months later made another appointment but l arrived 12 minutes late only to be refused treatment. I wonder if treatment went over 30 minutes allowed they would cease and require to book another appointment . Don’t recommend

I had a really positive experience with Dr Vicky Tustin and the rest of the super friendly and professional team. She really took time to explain things and put me at my ease with every step of what was quite a complicated process. All procedures were totally pain free and I couldn't have been happier with the end results.
