This is truly the worst experience I have ever had with a healthcare provider. I came to Dr. Y seeking relief for lat/rhomboid pain and was coerced into trying a procedure called Tenex, which cost me thousands of dollars and left me with MORE PAIN. I now have radiating neck pain, bursitis of the left bicep, and an AC shoulder separation, NONE of which I experienced prior to Tenex. So grateful for Dr. Yamazaki! He helped Me, My Wife and my Son and did it in a way that shows his deep knowledge as well that he really cares for our best interest.
Dr Yamazaki is probably good at diagnosis & at some procedures (us guided tenotomy for removal of scar tissue - something I strongly believe in, and have had very good experiences with - elsewhere). Unfortunately, he and his practice were not good at the other aspects. The communication, logistics, some aspects of his protocol, incorrect statements about insurance, incorrect information about related physicians within this practice, misinformation about medical treatments outside of his expertise, poor follow thru on promise... read more
