An employee was tailgating so close to me it was extremely dangerous, through roadworks where I was doing the speed limit. If I had put my brakes on, and had a passenger in the back, they would have been severely injured. When I rang up the company to complain about the behaviour, he hung up on me. I wish I can rate this company with no stars. The manager owner has no idea of customer service, however his staff is something else. we bought 4 units from this company at cost of $7470 after one and half years one of the units failed, it lost its gas due to a wrong installation process. I called them to rectify the problem and after 9 week's of waiting they turn up and said that the unit is not covered by the warranty and we should pay for the repairs. Hired this company to install 2 air conditioners. The day they were booked to come out and install the air cons they didn’t turn up because the staff member had a big night the night before. Once they eventually turned up and installed the systems my father had to help the staff member install the air con because he was struggling to do it himself. Once installed we then found that 1 air con only worked at certain times of the day as it was incorrectly installed to the hot water system, which they then came out and fixed. We... read more
