I’ve been in business for many years now, dealt with suppliers and vendors from many countries. Dealing with Yamato USA has by far been the absolute worst experience of my career. They not only exploit small businesses but come up with absolute absurd invoices after the service has been completed (these said new invoices that were never quoted in the first place). I absolutely regret using their service and will never go to them again. Trust me and run in the opposite direction.
Amazing staff so friendly. I drop off customers merchandise almost every month. The delivery in Japan is easy and seamless I would absolutely recommend to anyone who is shipping to Japan. They are one of the biggest, if not the biggest shippers to Japan.
