I’ve been in business for many years now, dealt with suppliers and vendors from many countries. Dealing with Yamato USA has by far been the absolute worst experience of my career. They not only exploit small businesses but come up with absolute absurd invoices after the service has been completed (these said new invoices that were never quoted in the first place). I absolutely regret using their service and will never go to them again. Trust me and run in the opposite direction.

To all the driver's out there if you want to be waiting for there to Four days don't come here if you are a refrigerated trailer they will use you as a storage unit they get a container they are not setup to take cold product it's a dry warehouse try to avoid this place if you are reefer

Truck drivers be aware this is crossdock facility ( driving rifer). Gate open at 9. Spent. Night on Harmon ave in the middle turning lane ( was 6 trucks no problem). Guys are nice here. Only problem you can be here a lot. I lost all day because container didn’t show up
