A peaceful dinner with my family
Waitress was on her phone the whole time I understand that they were not busy but I still tipped.
The 2 working the front of the house, looked like they wanted to be anywhere else other than work. Zero smiles, Zero friendliness. Food is so/so... ordered medium steak, got well done. it was more like fajita meat than sliced steak.
ur server, Kitty, acted like we were an inconvenience from the moment we sat down. She rushed us through everything, barely spoke to us, and came across as rude and unfriendly. I’m a server myself and I couldn’t imagine treating paying customers like that. To make it worse, the other server on the floor looked just as unhappy and acted like she didn’t want to be there either. The whole restaurant had an awkward, unwelcoming vibe.
