I ordered shrimp fried rice extra onions via door dash because I'm at work. What I received was a pile of mushy, clumped together rice with shrimp that looks and tastes like it was made in a Goodyear factory. WITH NO ONIONS. I contacted the manager, who was polite and professional, and was told that the onion would have to be paid for as a side vegetable order. Tried to call in after ordering on door dash to make sure the order was correct and the order got delivered before I could get someone on the phone because someone answered the phone and left me on hold for almost a half an hour while I got to sit there and listen to them at the register talking to other customers or listen to dead air when no one was being checked out. They need to tighten up. Horrible interaction.
