Omotenashi is the Japanese term for serving food with hospitality. I've eaten here a few times with my husband, and I think maybe once were treated ok? Then I have been here twice, once by myself, and once with my grandaughters. The waitress both times was just nasty. Took our daughter, who used to live in Pella, here to eat supper. Business was busy, but only waited 5 minutes for a table. Our waitress, Anne, was as efficient as always and brought delicious entrees. We were celebrating a late Father's Day. We will return. Keith & Launa Jamison, Knoxville
