A few co-workers and I tried Yamato out last night after work. The wait wasn't that long, but the waitress came to our table only a handful of times the entire night. I even joked to the people with me that I should ask for the check before hand so that when it was time to leave I might actually get it. I heard that this was just because they opened and they still needed to get the hang of things, which I can understand, but not even serving a friend who arrived late a drink for at least 30 min. is unacceptable.
