Today, on a wet SATURDAY afternoon, my daughter and I pulled into this parking lot and decided to take our dogs around for a short walk. We were walking around the empty grass lot and on the sidewalk for about 15 min when all of a sudden some heavy set guy comes barreling out of the doors of the building SCREAMING at us to "get off the property NOW!!"
