⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I just wanted to share some positive feedback about this wonderful practice. The nurse is caring, compassionate and honest — I appreciated being told the B12 injection might sting, and the little love heart band-aid afterwards was such a sweet touch! The reception team are always friendly and accommodating, and the doctors are thorough and provide excellent care. Thank you all for the fantastic care you provide to my family and the community.
Absolutely appaled by my experience recently with my child. So much so although other doctors are good (albeit always late) I will never come back to this office. I booked an appointment with "Dr" Mohammad Fahad Ahamad after my daughter was excluded from daycare with concerns of HFMD and after a whole 2 minutes in his office he confirmed she had it. bulk billed. Doctors are great, but they need alot more of them so they're not 20+ mins late for booked appointments
Do not use Dr Balreddy Angiti for anything at all, even the most basic things he can not do. He has in the past messed up my partners medication when she has been unable to walk and in a lot of pain and today refused to give her a diuretic for her ankles that are swollen like balloons he said to go to the hospital. He is absolutely unless. I will be contacting the office of health ombudsman ( OHO ) tomorrow in regards to this. Not acceptable at all. Here is a pic that I will be supplying the ombudsman. Absolute waste of time and money. Only went there because it was on my way home from work as my usual doctor is out of the way. Thought they were bulk billed. They’re not. Then it turns out they can’t prescribe pain medication on a first appointment. Still were happy to charge me $80 with a $39 rebate. For a 3 minute appointment. Will never be back. I’ll also add that I spent a good 10 minutes filling out multiple online forms and described exactly which repeat scripts I was needing approximately 6-7 hours prior to the appoi... read more
