⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I just wanted to share some positive feedback about this wonderful practice. The nurse is caring, compassionate and honest — I appreciated being told the B12 injection might sting, and the little love heart band-aid afterwards was such a sweet touch! The reception team are always friendly and accommodating, and the doctors are thorough and provide excellent care. Thank you all for the fantastic care you provide to my family and the community.
No value of time, waiting time is worst - waiting time usually over 40-50 minutes, visited twice same happened and could see many of the people waiting long time and frustrated. However, practice nurse was very friendly and lovely, attended GP only for blood tests results. Medical center must focus on time management.
Great family dr, easy to book appointments online, nurses are great - especially with kids (including my terrified ASD daughter)
Never going back there. Lady doctor there is not even a real doctor. Not even bothered explaining the cause and symptoms of diagnosis. Basically checked me and my child and no any explanation of findings and diagnosis. Didn’t had enough preparation of our file we had to tell all the story. Never going back there.
bulk billed. Doctors are great, but they need alot more of them so they're not 20+ mins late for booked appointments
