Extremely poor service from this Yamaha dealer. Recommend that you avoid this company altogether . They do not and will not warrant the products they sell and fit when there is a problem. They have refused my to acknowledge and rectify my problem . They had two goes to rectify this problem, which they could not. Service manager then told me to bring bike in to finally rectify the problem. Had my bike for 7 days, then the service manager went back on his word to fix the problem. Great range of motorcycles here. Very helpful staff, and a good range of motorcycle clothing.
If you’re looking for a bike shop that’s a whole lot more than a bike shop, you should defs go here. These guys are super friendly, know their shit, and easy to deal with. Sadly it’s a long way from where I live, but I’d travel to buy my stuff here based on the staff. Check em out..
