Never written a review in my life!! Booked in our old quad for a service and what we thought maybe a new starter motor, told the service team we wanted an estimate prior, as its an old quad and wasn't sure be worth the repairs - would have thought this was standard/reasonable request? Dropped it off and told them again to ensure estimate, chased them up 5 days later and was told it's ready. Went to their office and was advised bill was was over a $1000.00 and it didn't even need a starter motor . Asked why I wasn't contacted... read more
