I had a really disappointing experience with Yamaha Pitmans Marine. I purchased a very expensive Quintrex boat, and the salesperson was completely unprofessional throughout the process. I was misled about several key features that were supposedly included with the boat, only to find out later they weren’t. Injured myself on their premises due to a known problem with their door as confirmed by a staff member. A significant cut which led to significant bleeding which staff didn't really care about or offer any assistance until I asked for tissues and bandages. Also have internal injuries which due to not being able to use my right hand caused huge amounts of inconvenience for weeks.
