I have been taking my bikes to Kevin at Phoenix motorcycles for over 26 years. I’ve had Hondas, triumphs and Yamaha and the service has always been the same. For many like myself who like to ride bikes, but know little about them, you need a reliable trustworthy company that treat you fairly and above all do a great job. Amazing customer service. Got a good deal on a bike, whenever I emailed with questions they replied straight away. They wasnt pushy and great to talk to.will highly recommend to anyone wanting a new or used motorbike
I was in the area on holiday and dislodged my shifter rod. They happily provided me with advise and some spare parts. The next morning they even took back what I did not use. Amazing helpful people. And the mechanic had a great deal of knowledge.
Fantastic help from phoenix motorcycles, needed an instructor bike asap and they have nothing but quality used in their store. Purchased a tracer 7 and very pleased with it.
