Have had good expreiences in the past, tried to call again to set up service and their phone number has a terrible automated system that doesn't give the option to actually speak to anyone
Went window shopping last year and was unimpressed with the salesperson. Went back and found that the dealership is under new ownership and all new staff. Ended up buying a 2016 FZ-09 and couldn't be happier. Go see my man Rich at Yamaha of Chicago. Good dude and killer customer service!
