I purchased 4 Yamaha 60 outboards in 2024. All I can say is the worst decision on outboard motors I’ve seen. Iac failed on 3/4 and voltage regulators on all units. Tried customer support, children in the background as they apparently work from home. Sad where this company has chose to go
We have a 2024 Yamaha AR 195 at the start of the season. I put the battery back in and I had a diabetic episode and did not connect the battery correctly. My fault I called my dealer they told me to bring it right over they looked at it and said it needs a new wiring harness, the next day he called back and said he talked to Yamaha and they said it was in Japan and it would be shipped on June 6 today is June 30 and no one has any idea Where it is why it hasn’t came and I have called their hotline multiple times and all they ... read more
