We’ve had a fantastic experience with Brian and the entire team at Yamaha Golf Carts of Livermore, not once, but twice now. Employee of the company did a hit and run on my car and just drove away without saying anything. All on video in front of the workplace. If this is what they're doing outside of work, I can't imagine the low quality going on inside.
I called this location inquiring about a rental the initial employee who answered the phone was very sweet and respectful, thank you for that. I was transferred to someone named Tim. The man who answered the phone was in fact not Tim was very rude, Cut me off constantly and made me explain when where how I needed.
