on the first call the people were nice and then Went to do a rwc in the morning guy was rude and did not know the rules had to get vic roads on the phone to prove im correct afterwards the guy felt hurt and treated me poorly through the whole process do not recommend this place to anyone
Tried to demo a r7, was told I need to make up my mind on which bike I want first before riding one. Absolute nonsense. Will go to the hoppers crossing dealer. They offered to let me ride the r7 no problem, but I refused at the time cause I didnt have my gear with me. Edit: I did have all my gear and helmet and gloves with enclosed boots and work pants. I only ever asked to ride a r7, nothing more. Was interested in a tenere 700 but I am on a restricted licence so I cant possibly ride that yet.

Worst customer service. Find another yamaha dealer. Hoppers crossing is good.
Ayla and the whole team were phenomenal to deal with and made the whole entire process simple and easy. Ayla explained all the features on handover and paired my phone to the bike. The finance department were just as easy to deal with and I will definitely be back again and have already told my friends and family where to get their Yamaha. Thanks once again guys 🙏
