Didn’t end up buying a boat but the sales guy was great. No issues.
Purchased a new boat last year. First time out it was filling with water immediately. Found a cooling hose had not been connected at the factory. It was a quick fix but after putting the boat back in the water it still had water coming into the back of the boat. Had it back to the dealer three times. Each time was told they had fixed it. Called to see if they could swap out impellers, I was told yes and set up an appointment. I live a few hours away so I left it on Monday with the appointment being that Wednesday. I figured I would be able to pick it up that weekend. By Friday I hadn't heard anything so I called and was told that they didn't have the right tool but they had ordered it and it was on it's way.
