They only service sprinter vans which is a very odd policy that turns away a lot of people who can’t afford 100k rigs, why does the vehicle matter when I need help with electrical… I was in a pickle but they refused to help me during my travels, I offered to pay them an hourly rate, they said no. This company does not care about nomadic travelers who need help.
