I had heard from my sister Yama was good, but now I'm questioning her taste in sushi. The waiter seemed frustrated that we showed up, we had an earlier reservation. I ordered unfiltered sake and he brought me something filtered, completely clear... when I said, I thought this was unfiltered he said "that is unfiltered". He corrected it but strike 1. The nigiri was comparable to most cheap denver sushi spots, not the worst Ive had... definitely not worth the 15-18$. I'd never order nigiri at a place like this, but the price... read more
Probably to blandest a sushi I've ever had in my life.. I was a bit confused... even ponzu sauce didn't taste right. Servicing atmosphere was great but Beverly needs to work on the food quality
Service was quick and everyone was eager to help and very kind. Food came out quick, warm, and delicious. Sitting outside was a great time!
The new poke is fantastic!
