The gentleman showed up to do a removal/re-install of our shower glass as we are redoing the tile in our master shower. We had this booked, and he showed up late. After coming in an hour late, he then told us that now he can't do the removal because our hinge was not designed for this weight. This did not seem right, we see this sort of hinge and shower design in show homes all the time. The door has been installed for 5 years without any issues at all.
