I called in at the end of last year to schedule an appointment with a hematologist. I called in to follow up and they told me my records were on a doctor's desk. I waited 2 more months and when I called in I was told the 3 doctors declined to take me on as a patient. I have very low iron anemia deficiency. I wasn't aware doctors could just decide not to take you on, refuse to give you an appointment and never have anyone reach out to you. Check in and out is friendly and quick. I have never seen a rude staff member. I really appreciate the nurses in the infusion room. They speak to you even if you are in a pod other than their own. I am very comfortable going there for treatments.

People are friendly. They greet you as soon as you walk in the door. Service is great!
I feel well cared for, and my lab results are discussed with me in a timely manner. I do check on care space for my labs as they become available, makes things easier! The entire staff are very nice and I have confidence they know what they are doing. I’ve been a patient of Dr Berry for 8 years, now I’m on a clinical trial which means going to FCS in Sarasota for care, Dr Wang is wonderful and is very excited over my results so far so I’m happy with them too! All good all around!
