Not clear on rental policies. Extremely poor communication. Slow to respond to any inquiries. Horrible maintenance on grounds. Every shrub is dead. Dog waste is never picked up from receptacles even though you pay a an exorbitant amount to have a dog. Pretty much have to do your own snow maintenance. Poor communication. Outdated kitchen facilities.
One of the worst, most disappointing, and disgusting places I have ever lived. It is the Sherman Hills of Dallas, PA. Do not move here.
The insanely overpriced Sherman Hills of Dallas, PA. I do not want to spend two hours right now typing out a list of the NUMEROUS reasons why this place and its property management are terrible, so for now I will just say: DO NOT MOVE HERE.
