I used to come to Yaletown Nail spa a few years ago and recently got back into my manicure routine, so I visited twice over the past two months. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was incredibly disappointing. I went in for a regular French manicure. During the appointment, I could already feel that the nail technician was rushing and not being patient or careful. i have come here before and usually it’s great but unfortunately this pedicure was very disappointing. The nail polish was very thick and chunky with visible bumps. i didn’t fully notice how bad it was until after i left , maybe the technician working was new but this is really disappointing for a professional pedicure. i definitely do not recommend coming here
I had a pedicure by Kelly she was very good and done such a great job on my nails
