Amazing clinic! I really don't understand the negative reviews. Is that all people do nowadays online is complain? Anyways, had an ear infection in my left ear and first time in my life I've ever had this pain, swollen feeling and my jaw hurt also. And thanksgiving long weekend, you would think it would be busy on a Tuesday morning? Nope, i called and the front desk said to come in asap for first come walk in appointments. I missed a very special Doctor who left here and from then, I didn’t go there!
I am extremely disappointed with this clinic for putting patients’ lives at risk. My friend comes here regularly for his allergy shots, but today’s visit was a terrifying experience. The nurse administered an overdose—ten times the amount he was supposed to received. As a result, he had to be rushed to the Emergency at St. Paul’s Hospital and currently still being monitored there.
Doctor didnt even call on appointment day and time. and no one response from helpdesk.
