Technical Skill: 5/5 | Professionalism: 1/5 The Cut: Sue is a fantastic stylist. She gave me a unique cut for my long hair that was absolutely beautiful, far better than the standard layers I’ve received anywhere else. Technically, she is excellent. The Experience: Unfortunately, the professional side didn't match the quality of the cut. My hair looked greasy immediately after a $150 service (including tax/tip). I’ve been coming to Yaletown Hair Studio for over 6 years now and I would not want to get a haircut anywhere else! Sue is not only an extremely talented and professional stylist, she is a very pleasant person and I thoroughly enjoy my visits with her. I had an amazingly positive experience getting my hair cut and styled by Sue! Not only does she have a lovely positive attitude but she is also very free to disburse haircare advice. I also appreciated that she was genuinely invested in the health of my hair and never tried to upsell different products. Thank you Sue!
