If I could give this 0 stars, I would. They are dishonest and only want your money. In the initial assessment, they basically told me that I needed fillings on almost every tooth and I naively didn't get a second opinion. They made me believe my teeth were anatomically prone to cavities. Charged ridiculous prices, to which I exhausted my insurance despite excellent coverage. After 15 great years at Yaletown I have moved on. The clinic is now so messed up, disorganized and untruthful that I have had to changed dentists. Their billing is disastrous, they lied to me about my amazing dental tech being let go, and every time it’s a different dentist. Give them a miss.
After many years all the good Dentists and staff left, time to find a new place.
My first visit to this dental clinic was excellent! The receptionist, doctor, and all the staff who assisted me were incredibly kind, attentive, and caring. I felt completely at ease and well cared for. Highly recommended! Thank you
