The administration here is very disorganized. I was charged twice for my appointment, and the hygienists took much longer than expected for a basic cleaning. For the first time ever, I was told to come back on another day just to finish the cleaning—something I’ve never experienced at any other dental office. They really should try to stick to the treatment plan and provide a more professional, consistent service.
Great care, over the past quarter century. Highly recommend Yaletown Dentistry if you're looking for great care!
After over 10 years with Yaletown Dentistry, I have made the decision to take my business elsewhere. Based on recent reviews that I can see I am not the only client who has become fed up with the revolving door of dentists, exorbitant prices and significant declines in service that have been happening over the last 2 or so years. If I could give this 0 stars, I would. They are dishonest and only want your money. In the initial assessment, they basically told me that I needed fillings on almost every tooth and I naively didn't get a second opinion. They made me believe my teeth were anatomically prone to cavities. Charged ridiculous prices, to which I exhausted my insurance despite excellent coverage.
