Terrible terrible terrible. Confusing txt and calls about my appointment for the correct and incorrect date, telling me they have ultrasound scans from another provider to then find out they are not there when I have my visit, told they would coordinate getting them which they didn’t. Then when I coordinate to get them, I physically bring them to the office in Madison, they care confirmed as uploaded to then receive a call a few hours later that they are missing. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Joshua Sterling, MD. Not only did they refuse to document critical information on MyChart, but they also displayed an unprofessional and dismissive attitude. Instead of addressing my concerns, they were rude and condescending, making me feel unheard and disregarded. Accurate medical records are essential for proper care, and their refusal to update important details is unacceptable. I received multiple text messages to notify me to arrive 15 minutes early for my 2:30 appointment. As I am an older individual I arrived by 2:00pm, checked in, and was brought in to an exam room at approximately 2:45. I then spent over an hour in the exam room (3:55), without any interaction, not even a ...the doctor is running late, you're the next patient...nothing! I proceeded to check out at the front desk, as I believe my time is valuable also! By the way, this appointment took approximately 2-3 months to get!
