EXCELLENT SERVICE! STAFF IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND NICE!
Friendly and respectful staff. From the check in process through procedure they're caring and informative.
All the staff are helpful, respectful and patient. They have walked my child through the process step by step and have kept us informed about what is going on and what to expect.
The woman who works at the front desk that goes by “shima” or whatever, is extremely rude to not only the people who walk in the door but her coworkers. Yale deserves better than her.
