Connecticut for a short vacation and end up at Yale New Haven health and what a Superior experience, I was in and out within an hour And feeling 100% better. The staff was friendly and caring . Nurse Practitioner Nicole Was amazing . !!!!thank you to everyone there!!
Bills have a phone number for payments, payment plans, and customer service. All of them are the same number. I called and the automated attendant says they are closed, then lists the hours when they are open. Those hours include when I was calling.
UPDATE: "Our patients and their loved one play a large role in the PERCEPTION of our organization? Really? You guys need to get rid of these AI responses to negative reviews. And calling your "patient experience team" does not resolve the billing issue! Found out today from Medicare that you guys charged $220 for my 5 minute Telemed appointment! This is for the YNNH business office (billing dept). Doreen was unkind and unhelpful and Ken will not return my voicemails. How can you do "business" like that? A simple return call to the client/customer/patient is not too much to ask. Or is it??
I'm extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Yale New Haven Health. The process of getting assistance is overly complicated and time-consuming. It takes an inordinate amount of time to speak with a representative, only to discover that they lack the authority to resolve issues. Instead, they direct you to online forms that are cumbersome and difficult to navigate, leaving you wondering if your concerns are being addressed.
