This is the worst ER I’ve ever seen. My sister was having major medical issues. Including blurry vision and dehydration. The left her in the waiting room for HOURS. Refused to even give her a blanket. We ended up leaving and bringing her to another ER, where they thankfully helped her. The staff were rude and nasty people. They called her today and started being rude to her again, gaslighting her. I’ve never seen such a disgraceful place in my life.
I've been at the waiting room since 9:00am with stomach pain when I entered I was in pain and have a seat nobody came to me and asked me for id to check me in even after I said I need a min for my pain to go away so that I can stand again. Around 12 they finally came back with my blood work saying everything looked fine and wanted to send me home I had to ask for a ultrasound which then he said a mri would be better well we're going on well after 3 pm still no mri !!! No one asked if I was thirsty no one asked if I was hungr... read more

I was yesterday at Saint Raphael and they treated me with a lot of love and respect as they have always done every time I go. Thank you very much for the bilingual staff and those who do not speak Spanish also communicate through an interpreter or with their translator. cell phone... thank you ♥️♥️
