Yale Radiology is the worse ever. They're booking two months out for patients with pace makers and defibulators. On top of that, they are only done on Wednesdays.
I have tried multiple times to reach the scheduling department. No one picks up the phone. Please advise on how to set an appointment when no answers the phone.
People were wonderful except for person at front desk who told me that mammograms are not covered by Medicare! Very upsetting! I called Medicare who said that was not true! She needs to stop spreading lies! Even had me sign a paper! I am trying to find out who her supervisor is to report. How many people may have cancelled cause they couldn’t pay??
I have visited Yale diagnostic radiology for a mammogram yesterday. The office staff is so friendly, understanding, and welcoming. Jessica was my technician. She is the kindnest and most caring person. She listened to my concerns and made me feel so much better. I am so grateful to Jessica and all staff at 150 Sargent drive location. Best of medical profession is there!
