They r not courteous in Hamden I wanted to ask the radiologist questions but she told me your doctor will have the answers like she couldn't answer any of my questions like did you see something or anything like that your doctor have the answers yeah okay nope
My PCP ordered a Virtual Colonoscopy (at my request) for colon cancer screening. Unlike all other radiology departments in CT, they provide NO PREP INSTRUCTIONS! Instead, they dismiss the patient by stating, obtain prep instructions from the ordering physician. HOWEVER, specific tagging contrast agents are needed for this procedure!!! My PCP has no idea which ones are used by Yale! I have been bounced back and forth and told to call my doctor even after explaining this!!! Yale Radiology is the worse ever. They're booking two months out for patients with pace makers and defibulators. On top of that, they are only done on Wednesdays.
