The phlebotomist in room 2, (the butterfly lady, I think her name is Shanique) is amazing. If you have difficult veins, or are a cancer survivor like me, don’t waste your time going anywhere else. Smilow blood draw couldn’t get a vein, but she did on the first try, easy peasy. Furthermore, she is an absolute delight and the kindest person. All the stars!
They are nice enough and run on time but both times in a row I’ve gone, they’ve butchered a vein and caused me a lot of pain. I will go to a different blood draw station in the future.
