Always exceptional care and professionalism whenever I receive my MRIs at Yale! All the staff are a class act!
My appointment today was for an MRI.The prepration teams were very nice and explained everything well. When it came time to enter the MRI another team took over. They explained everything and stated that it would take approximately 30 minutes to complete. 20 minutes into the process I squeezed the emergency alarm. They pulled me out and asked what the problem was. I said I needed to use the rest room. He said it would add an additional 10 minutes to the procedure and began loading me back in. ON HOLD WITH MUSIC PLAYING FOR THE LONGEST TIME !!!! TERRIBLE WAIT TIME!!!!!
Very difficult time scheduling an appt today. Waited on hold for 29 minutes. Person on the phone was unwilling to wait one minute to see if my father was able to fill a cancellation they had for tomorrow. Asked repeatedly if could place her on brief hold to see if appt would work and even asked for call back number. Was thwarted at every turn. Explain to me how I am able to make an appointment if I am unable to ask the person for whom the appointment is for if he can make said appointment? Do better Yale, Hartford Healthcare... read more
Charged $400 for a 5 second wrist x-ray just because they didn’t accept our insurance. Didn’t tell us because they just care about the money.
