Update: I made the mistake of not paying attention when I booked my 2024 mammogram and unfortunately booked here without realizing. What a huge mistake that was. It’s exactly two weeks today and still no results. Two weeks of stress and anxiety waiting. These people clearly don’t care about their patients. If I could leave zero stars, I would. The most incompetent place. My sister had a mammo done over TWO weeks ago. TWO WEEKS! And STILL no results. She’s under 40, so there’s a clinical reason for this mammo and she’s been in pain and NOTHING. I get mine done by where I live and I have the results in two DAYS tops. This is completely unacceptable. They need better workers, management, more radiologists to interpret these reports, SOMETHING. Because two weeks to read a mammo is ridiculous. I had zero issues with my X-ray tech, she was wonderful. That is not something I would say upon checking in for my appt. The receptionist took one look at my daughter and said she can’t be alone ( with attitude) I said a 13 yr old can’t sit and wait? Her rebuttal “ ohh she’s 13”?? Like I was making it up. My daughter just got home from the hospital the day before and was going for bloodwork at the Specialty Care downstairs, so she came with me so I could finally get my xray.
