Had surgery yesterday for the first time at this hospital it was phenomenal from the parking to the security the receptionist in the front before I got to the OR I got confused where I was going, even though they told me lol one of the custodians helped me out when he noticed I was lost appreciate that very much, sir.the whole OR team was phenomenal anesthesiologist Dr. Kelly, the nurse Mike ,Dr Jandali my surgeon all the other staff sorry, I don’t remember everyone’s name made my experience comfortable and relaxing They ke... read more

I went to Bridgeport Hospital in Bridgeport emergency room for a severe migraine headache and my heart felt like it was beating fast. The waiting room was crowded but they did take me in right away to check my heart. Everyone was extremely nice and incredibly professional. After finding out my heart was ok there was a bit of a wait but they kept you busy bringing you to other tests and registration. It made the time go by. This hospital is awful in the comments they all say the same and all they have to say is that they’re sorry for expectations it crazy I was in a lot of pain for 4 hours straight and it took so long to get seen and a lot of people were upset about the same thing a daytime they have better service
I don’t understand how this passes for “health care.” Leaving a girl crying in excruciating pain in the waiting room for 2 hours. Giving her meds once she starts screaming just to shut her up. Then not doing a damn test or any other thing for the next 12 hours. Not even a comfortable chair to sit in while you spend your entire night rotting here while they say they’ll be with you “soon.” Should be a zero star rating.
