I had my echo done today in Branford. I am almost through with my radiation (finishing up breast cancer treatment) so my skin on my chest and left side particularly is in pretty bad shape. So what is usually a completely painless procedure like Echo today was wildly uncomfortable to say the least. Once you get an appt everything is fine. But don't bother calling the number in Branford. They either say they are closed when it's daytime or you are on hold forever. Call the main number in New Haven. At least you get a person who can help you!

Yale cardiology has really gone downhill in the past 3 years.THey were much better when they were on Harrison Ave. They do not call you back.I had an echo and no one called me with the results.I called 3 times in 6 weeks-no results.I made a complaint and Dr.Setaro called me back that night with important information.Now,they do not call me back to make an appointment.This is really not professional and quite poor for the patient.
