I have left 3 messages with no calls back. What is a Dr. Office doing with no one picking up phone during business hours? I hate to drive to New Haven but with the way they are returning phone calls I can only imagine what would happen if I had an emergency. This office clearly doesn't care. The office in New Haven picks up the phone goes the extra mile and is very helpful.

How disappointing. The name "Yale" used to mean something. It took me a month to make an appointment for a simple EKG, mainly due to the fact that no one answers the phone here. Once I left a message with the answering service I eventually got a call back. Then, trying to get a price for the EKG was the next challenge. I called several times and was unsuccessful, so I went to my appointment early. I had my echo done today in Branford. I am almost through with my radiation (finishing up breast cancer treatment) so my skin on my chest and left side particularly is in pretty bad shape. So what is usually a completely painless procedure like Echo today was wildly uncomfortable to say the least. Once you get an appt everything is fine. But don't bother calling the number in Branford. They either say they are closed when it's daytime or you are on hold forever. Call the main number in New Haven. At least you get a person who can help you!
