I had a referral to dermatology here and the process to stup an appointment as a new patient is rediculously cumbersome with extreemely long hold time on the phone( 15 minutes) with meaasges every 15 seconds to please hold becasue all pres were busy.. The i was given another number to Resgister and someone would call me back to set an apt> I registered after another long wait, never got that call back. So i called the Dr Office and they see me in theor system and but hav a copy of the referral and asked if it could be faxed ... read more
Tried to take someone’s baby away from them and did completely nothing to help with it.

When I went to check inn my appointment was cancelled due to my doctor going away on vacation but I didn't get no notice of it. Ms.Haadeyah Umrani went up & beyond her way to make sure I got everything squared away👍🏾 She was very sweet & professional
