Arrived at 5:50pm to get help with a persistent cough and was told they stop taking patients at 5:45pm. If these Drs truly cared for sick people they should have seen me. Their only concern was locking the doors at 6:00pm and certainly was not sick people who need their help. Their advice was for me to travel to Pequot Emergency Room because they were to concerned about going home. This walk in clinic needs to be evaluated by Yale New Haven leadership for such incompetence and lack of caring.

The ways the nurse and doctors and be honest the whole staff treated my seven year old like a king he went in sick not feeling good and this place with their kindness lifted him right up will come back again for sure

Fortunately, this office likes to call early and not answer phone calls. 15 min before they close so if you have an irregular work schedule do not use them because contacting them is very frustrating

I’ve been here a few times and the doctors/nurses were awesome and wait times were low. Unfortunately, I have to leave a 1 star review after I stopped by today. I arrived at 4:30pm asking if I could be seen and the receptionist literally said “unfortunately we are not taking anymore patients today. If we were to take you, we’d be here for hours”. The waiting room had about 3 people waiting in it. They only do walk-ins and they close at 6pm. When I asked if there were other local urgent cares she said “no, you can go to Pequo... read more
