This place does not like to answer phone calls. I have called all day and no one could pick up the phone. It’s disgusting and super unprofessional. They are incompetent as they added an apt for me that was incorrect. It’s Unfortunate that this is the only endocrinology office local that’s connected to Yale.. I think I’m going to stay with my original provider and not switch over. Poor service.
This is the worst office I have ever had to use. The previous endocrinologist passed away during COVID. This office was close me and had availability. I've gotten assigned to doctor Danglar. Calling him a doctor is a huge stretch multiple times I've literally had to beg to get my prescriptions filled. And renewed, I have to beg to get what I need to be able to maintain my diabetes. We just called at 4:33 pm to confirm that they were still open! Google hours are wrong BTW. We were told that they were closing at 5 and to arrive a few minutes before in order to be seen. Our injured family member got there BEFORE 5 and the doctor had LEFT AN HOUR EARLY!!!!!!! Why didn’t they tell us that when we called?!?!?!?!
Went to walk-in, with bad case of poison Ivy. I was treated with respect and concern. Paul the Aprn is a blessing for this place.
