I had the opportunity to to participate in this program over roughly 3 months. I went in not expecting much. I finished the program this week and my experience far surpassed my expectations. The program was very well structured, with before and after metrics well documented showing how a highly motivated individual really does benefit from the program. I am a very anxious person when it comes to drawing blood. And I also have a tendency to faint when I do draw blood. Most labs that I have gone to use this as an excuse to either lay me down or recline me and that is about it. The phlebotomist at this lab was AMAZING! She was kind, flexible, and understanding of my situation. If you have someone who is anxious about this, this is a great lab!
