Dr DiLuna has done 2 amazing brain surgeries for my daughter at 16 and at 28-in august 2025. He spent an hour and 20 minutes with us at the preop appt. So patient, Empathetic and sweet. My daughter felt so relieved after a bad experience at Mass General. She was d/c in about 48 hours and recovered very well. I cant say enough about him as a medical social worker and most important as a parent.
I had a discectomy performed by this provider. He told me it was ok to return to work 2 weeks after my surgery. My occupation was as a hairstylist working multiple hours long on my feet without a break. I suffer with multiple autoimmune diseases. This affects my healing process. Knew exactly what type of brain tumor it was and successfully removed the tennis ball sized tumor. He even washed and conditioned my daughter's beautiful, curly locks due to the massive incision in her skull. He couldn't have been more professional, caring, and most of all, precise in his decision to do a craniotomy.
