Nicu 10 fl for premies is a joke , rude, lazy , childish and lack of consideration. Bad practices for some babies .. feels like you have to stay in the room for babies to get proper care… somewhat feels like they do things to keep babies emitted longer.. Staff became nicer after reporting incidents to the right people.
My son was born a year ago and spent 53 days in the NICU at Yale. The nurses and doctors were fantastic, best of the best. My boy received personalized care around the clock and the parent accommodations were fantastic... I was allowed to come and go at any hour of the day or night, and even stay overnight if I chose not to leave him.
