Excellent response and we felt that the doctors were especially caring as well as prepared for our first visit. They took about an hour-well after the office had closed- to address the medical situation and give us a plan going forward.
I saw Dr. Evan Jameyfield for the very first time today. I am over the moon with my experience. I do not make reviews often, but I have also been fighting with doctors for a very long time to STOP blaming everything I experience on anxiety. I was treated very disrespectfully by a doctor so asked if I could be moved to a new doctor. I was told despite having many similar doctors at Yale that I would need to find a new doctor outside the Yale system. When I asked to get that in writing I was told they would need to ask their director if that could be possible. I was also not given a referral, just that I would need to find a new place to receive medical care.

Dr. Omay is quite literally the most incompetent doctor I have come in contact with that I wouldn’t trust him to do surgery on my brain if they paid me. I was told last visit that I need a new MRI ordered & a referral to another doctor. He said he would put both in as I left. I left, went to make the MRI appointment, the order was not in.
