Great customer service
WORST customer service ever! My friend was looking to purchase a new dining room chandelier and we stopped by to shop. Doors are barricaded, evidently you must make an appointment? Really?? We were met with very RUDE staff, everyone seemed annoyed that we were there. Floor staff, counter staff, everyone there seemed to have never heard of professional customer service. I really hope they go out of business! You will receive better service at a big box store!!
