Got my was out of my ears done a different way. They used a vacuum like suction machine. No more water system. I got back in 6mos. Oh YaY
The quality of care here is ok, but their coordination with the patient’s insurance company is horrendous. My son received care here 8-9 months ago that met our deductible for the calendar year. According to our insurance company, the claim has yet to be filed by Yale Otolaryngology. The result is that we are receiving medical bills that we should not be getting or paying for. All attempts to resolve this have lead to a dead end. Terrible!
I showed up early for my appointment by 15 mins. I waited 30 mins after my appointment time before I got called & while i was in the room it took another 15 mins for the Dr. to come in. My exam was 15 mins tops , while I waited over a hour. Never have I ever experienced such a horrible queue for a dr’s office. Very poor time management.
