I am leaving this review to share feedback regarding an interaction I experienced with a security staff member during my visit to Yale New Haven Hospital today. The absolute worst. I've been having a nerve issue since July 1st. After some medications that didn't work my doctor said I need to get an MRI this was in September. I called to schedule. Nothing for two months. Are you kidding me. I've been in non stop pain for three months now. I finally got an appointment through Hartford healthcare. I had my MRI in just under a month. Very poor standard of care
I was hospitalized for suicidal ideation last March (March 2023), followed by months and months in residential care. Now that I'm out of residential care I can't get most of my prescriptions because the claims keep getting denied. I think the problem is with all three of my external pharmacy (Walgreens), Yale Health, and Medicaid. On Yale Health's part, it seems some of the issue is that the organization hasn't handled Medicaid claims before.
